 What is it? A cookbook for quickly prepared meals.
This cookbook is well-made, the pages are thick and sturdy, and it is bound with a large plastic ring spine, making it easy to open to a specific page and staying open while cooking. The chapters in the cookbook are organized as follows:
- Market Fresh & Fast
- Oodles of Noodles
- Hearty in a Hurry
- Quick as a Wink
- Treats in a Twinkle
- Perfectly Prepared Pantry
For our evaluation we tried making one of the recipes, specifically a Noodle Casserole. It consisted of boiling some egg noodles, browning some ground beef, and then adding in a few other ingredients into a mixing bowl (tomato sauce, sour cream, and ricotta cheese), stirring it all up and pouring it into a lasagna pan, topping it with a little shredded cheese, and then baking it all for 30 minutes. It was simple to do and required no special cooking skills. It also came out quite tasty, similar to a lasagna, but with a fraction of the effort.

With respect to their claim of meals that are time-saving, we observed this to be true and therefore this product works as advertised.
